Wholesale Application Process: The first step is to create a customer account on desertroseequine.com. rs. Second, fill this application below. Please upload your tax information in application below. After this information is submitted you will receive a call or email on if your approved for a wholesale account. Please allow a week for this to process. We will send pricing information.
Wholesale ordering: Once approved you will be able to log on www.desertroseequine.com and be able to purchase products with wholesale pricing. We also can also send invoices through the website. This requires Our website accepts all major credit cards. We also accept paypal. If it is easier, we also accept invoicing through paypal. Payment is due in FULL before we process orders.
Wholesale Cancellations: Once a order is received, we immediately start to process it. We are not able to change or cancel orders that have already moved into the production phase. Purchaser assumes financial responsibility for the order once the order has been placed into the production process. Any orders canceled will be charged a restocking fee.
Shipping: We ship with usps and ups for large orders. We ship to United States, Canada and Australia. Canadian orders are responsible for all Tax & Tariffs.
Wholesale Products: At this time we're only offering premade bell stirrups, some specialty stirrups, and halters. Best ever saddle pads, as well as some specialty stirrups are not available for wholesale at this time.
Drop shipping: We do offer drop shipping! Please be advised that there is a different pricing scale for drop shipping. If your interested in drop shipping please make this known in the wholesale application.
