Do you do custom work or ever plan to?

We're really loving the creative freedom and lifestyle of doing stock only. Customs are closed for the indefinite future and we don't have a wait list. We will certainly let you know if that changes!

Do you do alterations on stock items? (larger straps etc.)

Stock is sold AS IS with no alterations. All measurements are listed in the description. Please double check this prior to purchasing.

Do you offer repairs?

On a case by case basis.

Warranty

Yes we have a limited 1 year warranty. For more details view our terms and services. Normal wear and tear with riding is not included with this warranty.

Why handcrafted? Handcrafted tack is pricey

We completely understand that everyone has different price points for tack. Our tack isn't for everyone. WE value many things here and therefor that is reflected in our price.

  • We believe paying our employess for their skill and craftmanship (fair wage goods). This is a huge reason why imported tack is low cost.
  • We believe in quality materials. We DON'T cut corners on the materials we work with.
  • We believe in creating unique pieces. The chance of you having a piece similar to others is very low. We keep things fresh and different.

We do not at this time.

What is your stirrup warranty?

3 years!
